Customer-oriented parking company - Transfer to departure terminal B/C - Fair parking fees - Service-oriented

The illuminated, fenced, video-monitored and barrier-secured parking spaces of ParkGarant are located only 5.1 kilometers from Düsseldorf Airport. The shuttle service will take you and your fellow travelers in just under 6 minutes directly to the departure terminal B/C of Düsseldorf Airport and is included in the price for 4 persons. For each additional passenger there is a charge of 10.00 Euro. The shuttle service operates daily from 3:00 a.m. until the last plane lands.

When you arrive at the parking lot, report to the check-in desk with your parking ticket. After parking your vehicle, you will be transported to Departure Terminal B/C by the in-house shuttle bus.

Please note that a key drop-off is required at ParkGarant and, if necessary, your vehicle will be moved to ParkGarant's alternative parking lot 10 kilometers away in case of high occupancy.

Upon your return to Düsseldorf Airport, please contact the shuttle service hotline listed in your booking confirmation and order your transfer back to the parking lot.

  • Shuttle Service
    The ParkGarant shuttle buses run daily from 03:00 until the last plane lands to Terminal B/C and back. The transfer takes just under 6 minutes and is included in the price for 4 people.

    Please note that a key drop-off is required.
  • Measurements
    Maximum height: Unlimited. Maximum width: 2.60 meters. Maximum length: 5.50 meters. Larger vehicles can be booked upon request to customer service at an additional cost of 100%.
  • Accessibility
    Barrier-free parking and shuttle buses are unfortunately not available.
  • Cancellation
    The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

format_quote Service und Fahrer waren sehr gut, jedoch wurde das Auto nicht wie versprochen in einer Tiefgarage geparkt. Stattdessen stand das Auto 1 Woche unter einer Linde, sodass ich ein völlig verdrecktes und verklebtes zurückgeben bekommen habe. Die Reinigung des Autos hat 35€ gekostet, sodass mich das Parken des Autos nicht 50€, sondern 85€ gekostet hat. Das ist sehr ärgerlich!!

format_quote Der Service ist immer erreichbar und zuverlässig. Der Minibus hat uns direkt zum Flughafen gebracht, ganz ohne Wartezeit. Auch bei der Rückreise kam der Minibus schon nach nur 5 Minuten. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Ich kann diesen Parkplatz-Service zu 100 % empfehlen!

format_quote Preis OK , aber alles andere sehr fragwürdig. Die Busse mit denen wir abgeholt wurden hörten sich an, als würden gleich die Bremsen Abfall. Und das beste war , das wir vom Tacho ein Foto gemacht haben und es waren 10 km mehr auf der Uhr . Das finde ich sehr viel , dafür das man das Auto mal ein paar Meter umsetzen muss . Ansonsten alles ok

format_quote Durch Annullierung des Flugs 1 Tag später da. 20 € (okay) könnten nur bar gegeben werden!! Kein PayPal, kein direktes Onlinebanking als Beweis, 50 €-Schein konnte nicht gewechselt werden. Dadurch lange Verzögerung und dann noch ca. 20 min auf eigenen Wagen gewartet, der nicht bereit stand!! Nach Anruf bei Landung und Wegfahrt mit eigenem PKW vom Parkplatz (10:25 Uhr - ca. 11:45 Uhr) waren fast 80 min vergangen!!
