The fenced parking lots are monitored by video surveillance 24/7, well-lit, and ensure your vehicle's safety and excellent service during your absence. Additionally, your vehicle is insured throughout the parking duration under the legally required insurance provided by the parking operator.
Please call the valet service hotline 30 minutes before arriving at Frankfurt Airport to confirm your arrival time. The hotline number can be found in your booking confirmation. A staff member will receive your vehicle at the terminal and promptly transfer it to the parking lot, located 12 kilometers away.
After your return, call the valet service hotline as soon as you have cleared customs. Your vehicle will be brought to the agreed departure terminal within minutes, allowing you to continue your journey without delay.

The valet service is available from 5:00 AM until the arrival of the last flight. If you have an earlier departure or arrival time, please contact customer service. Vehicle handover and pickup take place directly at your departure terminal.

Cancellation
The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.
