Relaxpark: Park just 600 metres from Düsseldorf Airport

Pull up, hand over your key, hop in: parking at Düsseldorf Airport hardly gets any faster. At Relaxpark, the team takes over your car right at the drop-off point, just 600 metres from the airport, and takes you straight to the terminal. While you are already heading for your gate, the staff takes care of the rest.

Your first stop is the Relaxpark drop-off point at Kieshecker Weg 128 in Düsseldorf. From here, the shuttle gets you to the terminal in just 1 minute, about as short as the way to your flight can get.

Your car is in good hands at Relaxpark: its condition is briefly documented at handover, then trained staff parks it in a fenced, illuminated and CCTV-monitored outdoor parking area. The parking areas can be located up to 18 km from the drop-off point, which is why you hand over your key on arrival. When you return, your car is waiting for you at the drop-off point, ready to go. You can also book a car wash if you like, and an EV charging station plus a free jump-start service are available on site.

  • Shuttle Service
    The Relaxpark shuttle buses operate daily from 03:00 until the last flight has landed. A return transfer for up to 4 people is already included in the price. For each additional person, a one-time surcharge of €10.00 applies for the outbound and return journey.
  • Measurements
    Maximum height: Unlimited. Maximum width: 2.10 meters. Maximum length: 5.00 meters.
  • Accessibility
    Unfortunately, there are no barrier-free parking spaces or shuttle buses available.
  • Cancellation
    The parking space can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

format_quote Alles in allem war es ein sehr guter Service. Allerdings ist mir aufgefallen dass mit meinem Fahrzeug gefahren wurde, zudem war alles verstellt zB Gebläse,Spiegel , Sitze usw. Außerdem habe ich im Vorfeld die Kilometer markiert und festgestellt dass ca.50 km mehr gefahren wurde.

format_quote Beim Abholen habe ich bemerkt, dass der Tacho rd. 50 km mehr angezeigt hat als bei der Abgabe. Zudem war der noch halbvolle Akku (Plug-in Hybrid) total leer. Wenn das Auto auf einen weiter entfernten Parkplatz gefahren wird, dann sollte das bei der Buchung ersichtlich sein. Dann hätte ich eine Anweisung zur Auswahl der Fahrmodi gegeben (Benzin, statt Elektro). In Summe war alles wirklich gut, nur dieser Umstand hinterlässt einen fahlen Geschmack. Ich habe die 50 km vor Ort nicht gemeldet, den Akku-Stand habe ich erst während der Fahrt bemerkt.
