Since 2005 Park & Fly Düsseldorf offers a reliable and comfortable parking service at Düsseldorf Airport. With only 3 minutes transfer time to the airport, Park & Fly guarantees a comfortable and stress-free start to every trip. The shuttle service is on duty for you from 03:00 in the morning until the last plane lands - 365 days a year. Park & Fly is ready to take you to the airport while your vehicle is safely parked in one of the company's own parking lots, which can be up to 10 km away. Please note that a key drop-off is required for this. Up to 8 people are included on the shuttle bus and bulky luggage can be taken free of charge. In addition, Park & Fly offers the option of a thorough vehicle cleaning inside and out for only 49.99 euros. Enjoy the journey while Park & Fly takes care of the details. When you arrive at the parking lot/reception point, report to the check-in desk with your parking ticket. After handing over your vehicle, you will be transported to the departure terminal (A) by the in-house shuttle bus. Upon your return to Düsseldorf Airport, please contact the shuttle service hotline listed in your booking confirmation and order your transfer back to the parking lot/terminal.   • Shuttle Service
    The Park & Fly shuttle buses run from 3:00 am until the last plane lands to the departure terminal A and back. The transfer takes just under 3 minutes and is included in the price for 8 people.
  • Measurements
    Maximum height: Unlimited. Maximum width: 2.60 meters. Maximum length: 5.50 meters. Larger vehicles can be booked upon request to customer service at an additional cost of 100%.
  • Accessibility
    Barrier-free parking and shuttle buses are unfortunately not available.
  • Cancellation
    The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

format_quote Der Parkplatz ist zwar etwas klein, aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich gut um die Gäste. Besonders positiv ist mir die höfliche Art des Teams aufgefallen. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, dass man beim Ein- und Ausladen der Koffer im Shuttlebus etwas Unterstützung bekommt – das hätte den Service noch abgerundet. Der Shuttlebus selbst war sauber und gepflegt, und die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauerte nur etwa fünf Minuten. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden und würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen!
