Would you like to park under cover and at fair parking fees near Düsseldorf Airport? Then you've come to the right place at BESTPARK!

The BESTPARK underground car park is just under 5 kilometers from Düsseldorf Airport. You hand over your vehicle to the BESTPARK collection point at Kieshecker Weg 153 in 40468 Düsseldorf, after which your vehicle will be taken to the underground car park by BESTPARK's trained specialist staff and parked there safely and under cover. The underground car park is illuminated and secured with a parking barrier.

The shuttle transfer to the departure terminals takes just 1 minute and is included in the booking price. The BESTPARK shuttle buses run from 3:15 a.m. until the last flight lands.

Please note that you will be required to hand over the keys to your vehicle.

When you arrive at the parking lot, report to the check-in counter with your parking ticket. After your vehicle has been picked up by an employee, you will be transported to the departure terminal (B/C) with the in-house shuttle bus.

When you return to Düsseldorf Airport, please contact the shuttle service hotline listed in your booking confirmation and order your transfer back to the parking lot. You can then start your journey home in a relaxed manner.

  • Shuttle Service
    BESTPARK shuttle buses run from 3:15 a.m. until the last flight lands to departure terminal B/C gate number 10 and back. The transfer takes just under 5 minutes and is included in the price for 8 people.

    Note:
    • Bulky luggage is permitted, but an additional fee of € 25.00 will be charged on site.
  • Measurements
    Maximum height: 2.0. Maximum width: 2.60 meters. Maximum length: 5.50 meters. Larger vehicles can be booked upon request to customer service at an additional cost of 100%.
  • Accessibility
    Barrier-free parking and shuttle buses are unfortunately not available.
  • Cancellation
    The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

format_quote Einfahrt in Tiefgarage nur mit Mitarbeiter, deswegen warten auf der Straße auf ihn. Parkplatz gebucht für 3:00 Uhr, er ist aber erst um 3 Uhr am Büro losgefahren, weil dann erst wieder die Geschäftszeit gestartet ist; Abfahrt von Tiefgarage letztendlich erst um 3:40. Tiefgarage super, geräumig und ordentlich. Hab selbst geparkt und den Schlüssel behalten, alles prima.

format_quote Im großen Ganzen OK, Abholung am Flughafen war mit deutlichen Wartezeiten verbunden (insgesamt ca. 40min), teilweise aufgrund von anderen Gästen, die den einzigen(!) großen roten Merzedes weit und breit nicht finden konnten. Bei anderen Betreibern kann man einfach jederzeit anreisen; bei diesem muss man ca 20min vorher anrufen, ist aber auch so angegeben.

format_quote Das vorab gemailte Parkhaus war besetzt. Festnetztel.war sofort erreichbar. Rückruf von Service aber unter einer unbekannten Handynr. Neue Adresse musste angefahren werden. Dort Wartezeit bis jmd kam. Shuttle im Anschluss sofort =top. Bei Rückreise Shuttle in Minuten vor Ort. Dem Fahrer war aber das ursprüngliche Parkhaus genannt worden. Also unnötige Fahrt dorthin, dann erst zum richtigen Parkhaus. Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

format_quote Gut das man Navi hat, sonst etwas schwer zu finden. Aber zum Thema , 20 min. vor Ankunft angerufen und Shuttle Fahrer war schon da. Freundlich und Hilfsbereit . Parkbuchten sind Prima, da kenne ich wesentlich schlechtere. Hatte auch das Gefühl das der Wagen da sicher steht. Sicherer Fahrer alles null Problem. Rückabholung der selbe Fahrer und obwohl fast mMitternacht, freundlich und gute Abwicklung.

format_quote Kann den Betreiber absolut empfehlen, sehr nettes Personal und Top Fahrer mit sauberen, neuen Fahrzeugen. Einziges Manko ist der geringe Platz in der Tiefgarage, hier muss man schon mit einem Kombi ganau schauen das man nirgendwo dran kommt.
