The BESTPARK underground car park is just under 5 kilometers from Düsseldorf Airport. You hand over your vehicle to the BESTPARK collection point at Kieshecker Weg 153 in 40468 Düsseldorf, after which your vehicle will be taken to the underground car park by BESTPARK's trained specialist staff and parked there safely and under cover. The underground car park is illuminated and secured with a parking barrier.
The shuttle transfer to the departure terminals takes just 1 minute and is included in the booking price. The BESTPARK shuttle buses run from 3:15 a.m. until the last flight lands.
Please note that you will be required to hand over the keys to your vehicle.
When you arrive at the parking lot, report to the check-in counter with your parking ticket. After your vehicle has been picked up by an employee, you will be transported to the departure terminal (B/C) with the in-house shuttle bus.
When you return to Düsseldorf Airport, please contact the shuttle service hotline listed in your booking confirmation and order your transfer back to the parking lot. You can then start your journey home in a relaxed manner.

Shuttle Service
BESTPARK shuttle buses run around the clock to the departure terminals: A, B, C and back. The transfer takes just under 5 minute and is included in the price for 8 people.
Note:- Bulky luggage is permitted, but an additional fee of € 25.00 will be charged on site.

The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

format_quote Morgens um 3 Uhr war unser Treffpunkt an der Kanzlerstr. 8. 1 Std. war niemand zu erreichen und wir mussten zu unserem Flieger. Wir waren richtig sauer. Aber das interessiert niemanden. Als uns nach einer Stunde Wartezeit endlich jemand zurückgerufen hat, mussten wir auch noch zu einem ganz anderen Parkhaus fahren. Wir haben schon öfter dort gebucht, so etwas ist uns noch nie passiert. Aber Entschädignd gab es keine. Sehr Enttäuschend. Schade

format_quote Die Bestpark Tiefgarage in der Kanzlerstr. Düsseldorf ist super! Das Auto steht geschützt in einer Tiefgarage, den Autoschlüssel darf man mitnehmen, der Wagen wird kein Millimeter bewegt. Die Schranke zur Tiefgarage wird beim Empfang vom Personal geöffnet und dann darf man Parken wo man will in der Tiefgarage. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit, Mit der Pünktlichkeit war ich auch zufrieden, besonders beim Abholen. Man muss etwas früher anrufen und nicht erst wenn man vor der Garage steht oder bei der Rückkehr vo Tor 10! Der Preis lohnt sich wirklich wenn man sein geliebtes Auto in Sicherheit haben möchte. Wenn man von Auswärts kommt sollte man auf jeden Fall ein Navi haben da die Lage der Garage etwas verzwickt zu erreichen ist und in Düsseldorf viele Baustellen zu bewältigen sind. Der Shuttlebus ist sauber und bequem und der Fahrer sehr nett. Fazit : Das nächste Mal werde ich wieder hier parken und kann den Parkplatz herzlich weiter empfehlen.

format_quote Wir haben das Parkhaus mit Navi gut gefunden. Unser Shuttle kam nach ca. 10 Minuten, der Fahrer fuhr mit uns ins Parkhaus und zeigte uns unseren Parkplatz. Bei der Rückkehr lief auch alles problemlos.
