The BESTPARK underground car park is just under 5 kilometers from Düsseldorf Airport. You hand over your vehicle to the BESTPARK collection point at Kieshecker Weg 153 in 40468 Düsseldorf, after which your vehicle will be taken to the underground car park by BESTPARK's trained specialist staff and parked there safely and under cover. The underground car park is illuminated and secured with a parking barrier.
The shuttle transfer to the departure terminals takes just 1 minute and is included in the booking price. The BESTPARK shuttle buses run from 3:15 a.m. until the last flight lands.
Please note that you will be required to hand over the keys to your vehicle.
When you arrive at the parking lot, report to the check-in counter with your parking ticket. After your vehicle has been picked up by an employee, you will be transported to the departure terminal (B/C) with the in-house shuttle bus.
When you return to Düsseldorf Airport, please contact the shuttle service hotline listed in your booking confirmation and order your transfer back to the parking lot. You can then start your journey home in a relaxed manner.

Shuttle Service
BESTPARK shuttle buses run around the clock to the departure terminals: A, B, C and back. The transfer takes just under 5 minute and is included in the price for 8 people.Measurements

The parking space can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival day. You can choose either a voucher for the full amount of the parking fees or a refund of the parking fees minus 10.00 euros cancellation fee. In case of later cancellation, cancellation fees of 100% apply.

format_quote Bei der Ankunft am Parkplatz mussten wir eine knappe Stunde auf den Fahrer warten. Es ging immer nur eine Mailbox an. Nach ca. 40 Minuten erreichten wir dann endlich jemanden, den wir scheinbar geweckt hatten. Nach weiteren ca. 20 Minuten war dann endlich ein Fahrer vor Ort. Zurück am Flughafen klappte alles tadellos und schnell. Top-Tiefgarage!
